Dr. Lowell Hellervik

Lowell is an internationally recognized business leader and expert on leadership talent management.

He was the co-founder of PDI Ninth House (PDI) which was sold to Korn/Ferry in 2012. Under his direction, PDI grew from a small, local firm to a premier, international management consulting firm with 850 employees in over 30 offices around the world.

Lowell is the co-founder and chairman of OMNI, an HR software development firm with an expertise in talent selection and talent management. He was the original author of PDI's groundbreaking "Successful Manager's Handbook" and co-wrote "The What and Why of Assessment".

Pat is OMNIview’s Chief Science Officer.

While serving in a senior leadership position at Personnel Decisions International, he was asked by Lowell Hellervik to begin the creation of the OMNIview technology solutions.

He has also held senior leadership positions with Development Dimensions International. In addition, Pat is an experienced entrepreneur. After leaving DDI, he founded and successfully launched Advantage Hiring, an Internet ASP firm that provided on-line employee screening, testing, and interviewing applications to hiring managers and HR professionals.  Advantage Hiring was sold to HireDesk.
